There are some outstanding issues with HR we have to start to work on:
1) CV update and to store in one place – check with U if he has all the CVs updated, we need to have the access for proposals, you will be responsible to store, U is responsible for updating
2) Salary matrix per positions – as we have no idea about the salary range we should offer to our employees and happened that the salaries of the drafters are higher than engineers which Is not in balance
3) Get in touch with the HR of Vietnam for certain tools you want to use and what kind of tools they have to align a bit so you will not start to use new tools
