As for the explanation about the new setup of APR during my stay, this can be done in various ways.
- Explanation to HR / HR team whereby HR takes it further through the organization
OR
- Explanation to also all managers who will have to work with the new APR set up.
Both possibilities I can do, no problem, it depends on the question to which extent APR is really working in your organization.
As has been informed, and which also can be seen when doing the actual testing, the new APR is less complicated. So this can benefit a more smooth implementation.
