Imperial Citizens!
Afraid to join a fleet? Worried you will mess up? Well there are few people (KT excluded) that were born perfect PvP pilots. I have been in this alliance for a very long time, I have had many jobs, done a lot of things, and screwed up more time than I can remember (but I am sure Tark can).
I will not besmirch the names of our current FCs and leadership, but trust me that they did not start out stellar PVP or FCs.
On my very first fleet I got two jumps (was not listening to comms) and was pounced on by a very mean PL fleet. They quickly pointed, destroyed, and podded me. I was in the wrong doctrine, wrong system, and not on comms. To make matters worse our SRP team denied my claim because I was in a tempest and they wanted Maelstroms. So I learned to be on comms, be in the right ship, and follow pings.
Over the YEARS I managed to jump when I was supposed to hold, bubbled our CFC fleet, and bombed them at least once (and I was one of the good guys). As a logistics pilot I used to affix a whore gun to my scimi and after I did that I shot just about every CFC FC. With each experience I took much grief from friends, foes, and at one point our vice CEO was sure I was a spy sent to topple our alliance.
Unless you are a natural and had a vast understanding of Eve Online, fleet doctrine, and piloting you have something to learn about flying in our fleets. You are going to make mistakes, get over them quickly, and learn from them. Nakah is your classroom and the FCs are also students learning about you.

Bad Spai and horrible FCON Pilot
P.S. Get in fleets!
