HOW DO I EAT HEALTHY WHEN I DON’T HAVE MUCH TIME?
1) Tupperware – as soon as I unpack from the grocery store I chop up all my veggies and
throw them into tupperware containers. This way when I am hungry I just throw them
on my salad..skillet..soup ect. and it’s ready FASTER then ordering out ect.
2) by freezing veggies you don’t have to go to the supermarket as much
3) most whole foods are already ready to eat! grab an apple or any piece of fruit and you
are curving hunger with a snack already!
4) You can always reserve one day of the week to plan all your meals ahead of time. I know
a few people who will spend all day Sunday cooking and then freeze the meals so they have
microwavable meals for the rest of the week. This is money and time efficient.
