this slide show diagram of the proposed DLLME-SFO method. First step aqueous sample was placed in screwcap glass test tube . Disperser solvent and extraction solvent were rapidly injected into the sample solution with syringe. Second step A cloudy solution was formed in the test tube and then centrifugation. third step the test tube was transferred into ice bath which the organic solvent was solidified. fourth step after that the solidified solvent was transferred to a conical vial; it melted quickly at room temperature and finally step the extractant was injected into the gas chromatograph for analysis.
