observed that 10–30% COCO blends produce similar cylinder pressure as conven- tional diesel. However, 40–50% COCO blends do not produce higher cylinder press- ure due to the creation of low net heat release rate and slow burning. It is found that 40–50% COCO blends are unable to produce peak pressure within 5 to 15° crank ATDC, due to slowness in initial rate of burning. Hence, these two fuels (40/COCO and 50/COCO) develop low brake powers.
