• Startup, sign-in and remove the disclaimer message from your signature for both Domino Notes and Microsoft Outlook.
Where is the disclaimer set?
• The disclaimer message is embedded to our messages when it leaves the company network. That is to say, any external bound e-mail messages will have the disclaimer embedded to the end of the message when it leaves the Foster Wheeler messaging gateway.
• There will be no disclaimer when sending emails to internal Foster Wheeler staffs; that includes any APac staffs, FWCEU staffs, FWEL staffs, FWC staffs, etc.
Exclusive disclaimer writing
• Unless it is a local law requirements, disclaimer text used will be the Foster Wheeler global set disclaimer text.
• If you have such local law requirements for use of disclaimer text that the global set text does not cover, please write to Paul Holden on the subject.
