Since 1994 each Nippon Express air service base has obtained an ISO9001 certification with a view to improving our services and standardization. Our Corporate Auditors regularly conduct audits and in addition, we continuously improve our business operations by data collection and detailed analysis of our daily business, and the identification of our customers’ needs. Furthermore, we try our best to prevent recurrence and to always improve our high quality through corrective measures enforced internally as well as externally.
