comfortable work environment.
my last job, everybody was rushed around all the time, even when we already worked our butts off.
where i'm @ now, people are encouraged to work at their own pace (although not so slow as to halt productivity). they are more understanding if you are late once in a while (so long as you don't make a habit of it), and as long as you don't go over your hours, are flexible with the "placement" of those hours.
it's definitely a more laid back environment, and it encourages us to work harder, without PUSHING us to that end. morale is high almost perpetually, so we feel the need to "give back" what we've been given. when you are content with the place you work at, the job isn't as stressful, and you don't feel the need to take a break as often :) the salary's not GREAT, but it is give and take, you know?
at this juncture, i'm just glad to have a job at all!
