The foreign languages department has the main duty to make students really good at English abilities especially Communicative skills. So they hired foreign teachers to teach students about the listening and speaking skill. But Thai teachers just only teach about grammatical points and reading skill. So, the technique and material of foreign and Thai teachers are the different. Foreign teachers have been using the techniques to improve student’s communicative skills. For example, using group-activity as Role Play that students can speak and listen to their friends. It can help students getting better on communicative skills. So Thai teachers have to support what our foreign teacher taught to the students. Although we only teach about Grammar and Reading, but we can enhance student’s communicative skills. We are got the suggestion from the supervisors and Prommanusorn teachers that we have to teach students by using Communicative Approach through Group-activity because there are many students in each classroom about 50 people. So if we only use one-by-one student’s technique, there are no more time to make them understand and finish the lesson and they don’t intend to learn anymore because of not understand the lesson.
