The sample A of soymilk consists of 8.0 % proteins on average. The
sample B & sample C of soy paneer have an average protein of 8.7 %
and 9.6 % respectively as shown in Table 1.
The average protein percentage in soy paneer sample A was
7.6 %. The sample B & sample C of soy paneer have average protein
percentage values of 8.8 % and 9.6 % respectively as shown in Table 2.
A statistically significant difference was observed in protein content of
three samples of soymilk and soy paneer.
