The formulations were evaluated through sanitary quality tests
according to AOAC (2004). The following microorganisms were
monitored: Bacillus cereus (method 980.31), thermotolerant coliforms/
g (45 C) (method 991.14), coagulase positive staphylococci/
g (method 995.12), Salmonella spp (method 996.08), molds and
yeasts (method 997.02).
