Members can be asked to introduce themselves without reference to the roles they enact in their lives by answering the question, “What kind of person am I?” while seated in the chair in the middle. Two chairs in the middle can be used either between members who are in conflict or to process a psychodrama. All group member can turn outward of the circle (backs toward the center) in order to be less distracted when the leader wants to introduce a guided imagery for the group.
