· PO for inverters on 11th September, delivery of inverters : 13th November (1 week later than expected for the PO so 1 week later for the delivery)
· PO for first batch of mounting structure : 07/09. Then 2 weeks before dispatch and 21 days of sea freight + 5 days of customs clearance + inland transport : 19/10 onsite
· Array boxes : PO on 11th September, 3 weeks EXW + 5 weeks sea freight + 5 days custom clearance + inland transport = 61 days after 11/09 = 24/11 (we might need to consider a air freight on this)
· Modules : 4 batches :
· 1st batch : shipment 11th September + 15 days of sea freight + 5 days of customs clearance
· 2nd batch : shipment 18th September +…
· 3rd batch : shipment 2nd October + …
· 4th : shipment 9th October + …
· Ring main unit : K. Vikran to confirm (I had in mind : 75 days of lead time beteen PO and port + 5 days customs clearance and inland transport)
