Responsibility
• Provide training to new and existing employees on banking product knowledge and soft skills.
• Conduct training classes of staff ranging from 1-20 attendees on class room training, role play and on-the-job training
• Conduct soft skill and product sales training for internal telesales staff.
• Create workshops on topics such as Team Building and Learning Styles for staff.
• Technical and non-technical Project management .
• Act as the senior trainer responsibility for providing support to new trainees through mentoring, observation, and feedback.
Qualification
• Bachelor degree or higher in HRM or HRD or Education
• GPA at least 2.50
• 2 years teaching/training experience
• Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Exceptional versatility with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment
• Dedication and drive as a hard-working individual
