Thank you for contacting us. We apologize, however, we do not appear to have
received your return back to our facility, or it is yet to be checked in to our
returns database.
All returns are delivered to an off-site drop box and we pick up the returns
several times a week. Once these items are brought back to our warehouse, they
will be checked in to the returns database, and then processed in the order in
which they were received.
Please note return processing can take 4-7 business days from the date of
pick-up. Business days do not include weekends or standard U.S. National
holidays. You can be assured that your return will be processed in a timely
manner,however, please be sure to allow us this processing time for accuracy
and efficiency.
Once your return has been checked in and processed we will have your refund,
exchange, or replacement processed as quickly as possible. At MrWatch, we
always want to keep our customers informed. Therefore you will be emailed when
your return has been checked in, and again when the return is fully processed.
