3.2 Individual and collective (organisational) experience and knowledge are maintained and carefully considered when personnel changes are made.
Evidence: Training and competence qualification programmes are established per job description requirements to ensure a seamless transfer of responsibility when internal changes are planned. Competence qualification processes are quantifiable and well documented for tracking completion of each task to include computer-based training (e-learning), clasroom courses, practical demonstration of skills and knowledge tests/evaluations. Proficiency/competency standards are established and outlined. Periodic refresher training and competency re-evaluation processes are in place and utilised. Spot check recent new hire or personnel changes to verify individual qualifications for the open position, in addition confirm compliance requirements. A training coordinator is assigned to oversee the programme and demonstrate training alignment with competence qualification/certification requirements through maintained individual training and competency records.
