30/07/14 - An investigation was opened and a request for a PLIP A to be undertaken was made on 17/06 due to tank having a gaining performance in the terminal banding. PLIP A returned on 30/06 (dated 27/06) which gave no reason for the losses, however we can see a check box which shows PLIP A has found a reason for the poor performance. Requested clarification of this from WSFP, who subsequently submitted corrected PLIP A form. Nozzle calibration report also submitted, however is in Thai, have sought clarity on this, as well as which pumps relate to tank 5 diesel. performance of tnak since INV has improved. Tank 5 is showing a levelled performance up to 23.07.14, when a few higher variances have raised the tanks LG. AWAITING WSFP RESPONSE.
