4.3. Parameters analysis
As discussed above, the drying and water recovery technologies
are very effective to increase the power generation efficiency and
decrease the water makeup rate of power plant. And in some conditions,
even some additional water could be produced in the system,
which is influenced by the water content of lignite. So the
influence of water content of lignite was analyzed. The dryer
exhaust was considered as pure steam in previous condition.
However, actual dryer exhaust contained non-condensable gas.
The air is leaked into the dryer, or used as carrier gas. So the influence
of ratio of non-condensable gas (air) in dryer exhaust was also
analyzed.
