Establish the methods of inspection and perform the inspection of receiving parts by using appropriate measuring based on drawing and specifications.
• Handle / Follow up progression of quality problem and correspond to quality problems of procurement parts, including service performance.
• Control and follow-up implementation towards company’s and customer’s quality requirements.
• Coordinate in customer complaint handing process.
• Maintain incoming receiving inspection files in conformance with company procedures, refer to enter database information.
• Interface with external parties regarding to the Quality Management System such as customer, certify body, supplier and so on.
• Other task assigned by superior or entitled by an agreement.
