Regarding all staff discounts

To keep it uniform between both Glaçage and The House of Thai I have decided that the staff discount will be 30% for all staff (NOT FAMILY OR FRIENDS) - This includes the thai staff making a purchase at glaçage.

You are only entitled to the discount if you dine in - NO TAKEAWAYS are allowed.

For staff who do over the 8 hours, you will be entitled to a 50% discount. Your name and date will be documented and all orders will be presented to me on a weekly basis to ensure this policy is adhered to.

My Thai staff have followed these rules/ discounts for a while now and they have actually expressed their feedback and concerns about the policies being unfair and the fact that some staff have taken advantage of the discount for takeaway orders.

I have over 30 staff members to accommodate so I hope you can all understand and appreciate my reasons for implementing these rules
