From
the third week of storage, until the termination of the study, fluffy
woolly mats of mould were noticeable on C. nigrodigitatus. The
mycoflora isolated and identified were Aspergillus spp, Penicillium
spp, Cladosporidium spp and Mucor spp, with Aspergillus spp and
Penicillium spp being the most predominant species.
