Dear Khun Tachakorn,



According your requested, settlement for extra charge such as transportation for Immigration staffs or Over Time for Immigration staffs would be find with small amount and BAGS will issue the receipt only simple receipt : cash receipt". The reason is BAGS do not have policy to provide petty cash to each station with big amount.
For VOA, Universal shall cover for this operation due to Universal has provide from small aircraft types to wide body aircraft types ( according from the agreement). And in case of wide body aircraft with VOA form passengers. It will be big amount of money.And I'm afraid Board of Management will not accept it. Also the amount of guarantee cover only ground handling.

So I'm still confirmed that BAGS will cover for Ground Handling Charges, Extra Charges for Immigration and Extra charges for Custom only.

And for flight operation from now on Universal shall cover all Authorities Charges directly also including charter flight on coming 6 Dec 2015 at CEI. BAGS will respond for ground handling charges and extra for Immigration and Custom as the petty cash in the station has limited.
