1. Responsible for Stationery planning , Issues and control at HO.
2. Responsible for effective functioning of receptioninsts at all the floors.
3. Responsible for effective functioning of maids at all the floors.
4. Responsible for company vehicles at HO and follow up with concerned accounts for Insurance and Tax.
5. Responsible for Guests stay and tansportation requirements.
6.Support GM - HR on Admin cost saving initiatives.
7. Responsible for office intercoms / telephones
8. Follow up with Chanz Insurance on employee addtion and deletion ( Credit / Debit Note )
9. Responsible for 90 days notification renewal for all HO exptas.
10. Resonsible to arrange medical check ups fot all employees.
