Upon receipt of a claim relating to or arising in connection with the Services made by a third party (including, but not limited to, a Customer) the Carrier shall:-
a) if the claim is in writing, provide DHL with a copy of the claim and if the claim is presented orally, provide DHL with written particulars of the claim within 3 working days of receipt of the claim;
b) provide a full written report detailing the circumstances of the carriage and the loss in question within 14 days of receipt of the claim;
c) not make any admission of liability and shall not in any other way prejudice the position of DHL.
