differences (DT) for each one of the four H2O2 concentrations have
been normalised to the temperature difference at the lowest gas
temperature of 150 C. The normalised sensor signal (DT/DT150) is
then compared to the true gas temperature at the sensor, which
corresponds to the signal of the passivated temperature sensor
(reference temperature). The normalised sensor signal plotted vs.
the reference temperature (Tref) is depicted in Fig. 7.
The temperature behaviour of the H2O2 sensor can be described
in good approximation by a second order polynomial regression
model according to Equation (2):
