The person has to act like a personal assistant to the Country Manager and provide support in his personal and business organization while maintaining a professionally responsive relationship with the Managing Director.
• Manage, organize and maintain Country Manager scheduling and reminding appointments.
• Arrange for any materials required (Contract, documentations, print hand-outs, memos, dairies) for all Country Manager meetings efficiently
• Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email or in person
• Take notes in meetings, conferences and day to day activities of the Country Manager.
• Perform other administrative duties
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• At least 2 years experiences of Secretarial, Personal Assistant, or Administration
• Extremely detail-oriented and with perfect follow-up skills
• Ability to organize tasks, research and keeping records.
• Good command of Computer literacy and both spoken and written in English
• Proactive & Multi-tasking and ability to work within tight deadline
• If having the experience in Airline or Travel Agency industry will be advantage
