In this study, 119 (36.3%), 153 (46.6%), and 42 (12.8%) samples
indicated resistance to one, two and more than two antimicrobial
agents, respectively. Fifty three (16.2%) of the S. aureus isolates were
identified as Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) by antimicrobial
susceptibility (oxacillin resistance).
