We generally run one-to-one testing sessions on wireframes using a think-aloud protocol. This
means asking users to imagine they are using a real product and to tell us what they are thinking as
they progress. This is a great way of eliciting answers to the same types of questions as outlined
previously. Can they find what they want? Do they know where to go next? How do they feel about
the process? There’s much more on this in Chapter 5 on usability testing.
