1. Stir-fry chicken over medium heat with 2 tablespoons oil until chicken is almost cooked and starts to turn to white or yellow (not more than 30 seconds).
2. Add minced garlic, onion , onion, ginger and salted soya bean at last. Fry for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Season with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce with red goat pepper and spring onion. Ready to serve.
