Channel Development Officer/Supervisor
Job Description:
Plan, direct control the sales activities within his/her sales team in the team’s distribution/coverage and target sales.
Ensure Retail Distribution Service (RDS) and Distributor’s team satisfaction in excellent level.
Data analysis to find out Sales Drop and Sales achievement.
Work closely with RDS and Marketing team in relevant matters in order to achieve the overall distribution/coverage and sales target by distributor as WIN-WIN concept.
Operate Sales forecast
Develop RDS activities such as Stand, Loyalty program etc.
Utilize A&P sales by concern ROI
Develop & improve RDS activities in order to achieve distribution/coverage
Find out opportunity & fill gap and influence to RDS team
Implement RDS strategy & activity to be in line with Marketing & Company strategy.
Internal data as distribution/coverage and External data as distributor sales.
Develop/improve RDS activities in order to achieve distribution/coverage
Qualifications:
Male or female, ages between25-32yearsold
Master Degree in BusinessAdministration or any related field
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG industry. Having experience in loyalty program would be advantage.
Be able to work up-country maximum 7 days/month
Good analytical & people management skill
Service mind, creative and leadership skill
