Finding; The study reveals ill-defined hypoechoic lesion as the body / tail of the pancreas measuring about 2.0X4.2 cm. in AP and transverse dimension encasing the SMA.
There are normal parenchymal echoenicity of the live without mass. There is no dilatation of the IHD and the CBD is not dilated. The GB has normal wall without gallstone.
The spleen is not enlarged measuring about 9.1 cm in length. There is a left para-renal cyst measuring about 2.6x3.2 cm. The right kidney is unremarkable. The urinary bladder is will-distended without stone or mass. Moderate amount of ascites are seen with some of them extending into the herniated sac at the left inguinal area medial to the left inferior epigastric vessels. There are small nodular lesions at the wall of the herniated sac measuring about 0.3-0.4 cm in size. There is limitation in evaluation in the para-aortic lymphadenopathy due to overlying bowel gas.
Imprssion: CA pancreas with small nodular lesions at the wall of the herniated sac; possible carcinomatosis peritonei.
Moderate amount of ascites with some of them extending into the herniated sac at the left inguinal area medial to the left inferior epigastric vessels ; possible direct inguinal hernia.
A left para-renal cyst.
