That greenhouse gas–induced climate change has arrived and that much more is coming are beyond any reasonable doubt. While weather and average annual temperatures fluctuate, as an average, there is confirmation that some of these changes have already arrived. In July 2010, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released a study drawing on 11 indicators of climate and found that each one showed evidence of global warming due to the influence of greenhouse gases.
