Besides from the routine jobs, Site Administration has been following up on the staff’s income withholding tax calculation of year 2001 from HR Head Office for annual revenue income tax for year 2002. NKCC Administration Manager will go to submit the income tax of all staff to the local Tax Department in March 2002.
Also in this month, we try to get all the contractors review the new format of service contracts for year 2002 after getting them revised from the Legal Department. Some contractors replied and signed contract already, some are under consideration and to be followed up later for further process.
On February 6, 2002, Head Office Administration had called on a meeting with Site Administration to clarify about the car maintenance budget. It was informed that from January 1, 2002, all car maintenance expenses are under HO Administration budget. Therefore, site administration has to do all the tracking of the car maintenance and submit the invoice to HO Administration for approval of payment. In case of any estimated expense seemed to be higher than 5,000 baht, Site Administration has to inform HO Administration for approval prior to get the job done.
Purchasing process is also planned to be on the more systematical procedure. If the procedure is done and applied, we hope it can save the company’s budget more than today.
Some of new management systems which were started to apply in 2002 provide good result as expected such as new form of Leave Record and Medical Expense Record.
In conclusion, it tends to be better and more systematical this year, after experiencing the first year of COD.
