relatively slow and needs activation by either high temperature or
a catalyst to achieve a higher yield [27]. Generally, lipase is divided
into either 1,3-specific or non-specific lipase with regioselectivity
[28]. Except for Novozym 435, most enzymes used are known as

cost that makes the process unprofitable. Enhancing the economic
aspect of coproduction, the decrease of enzyme concentration, the
increase of enzyme recycling and the decrease of reaction time, can
assure the economic feasibility
