I haven't been able to find anything to indicate whether or not SmartView Monitor will display "Attention" for a device when a Software Subscription has less than 30 days left until it expires
This may be something that will need to be confirm with Account Services.
If account services can indicate that license expiration can be a cause for it then we can further look into it. But else we will have to go ahead with the sk I provided in the previous email.
