Using the results in Table II, we used a mean score range to test each of our hypotheses. If the mean score is between 2.76 and 3.25, we conclude that participants feel that the GRL product is similar to brand‐new products in terms of quality. If the mean score is between 1.00 and 2.75, we conclude that participants feel that the GRL product is lower in quality than brand‐new. If the mean score is between 3.26 and 5.00, we conclude that participants feel that the GRL product is higher in quality than brand‐new. Table III summarizes the results of the hypothesis tests.
