Strong, clear communication is at the heart of any successful organization. The Canadian Professional Sales Association found that poor communication is often at the root of low employee morale. The same is true in the education realm, though when it comes to schools, there are many parties involved in every discussion, so communication can be tricky. Parents, teachers, principals, students and administrators are all part of this equation. However, the responsibility to set good examples and facilitate communication falls on principals and teachers more often than not.
