“Background and the Skills That You Have to Offer to Employers”
Good morning everybody , thank you all for coming , I understand today is your day off and this morning the weather very nice. It’s suitable time for relax at home. So I don’t want to make you all feel sleepy , i will keep this as brief as I can and absolute let you enjoy my content as much as I can.
Some people here might be wondering in me that why i come here today for what is she talking about ? and if you guess me just my dress maybe you think with me just talking about unnecessary topic . yes, you can think you can trust yourself, because normally some Thai ppl they just see the character image only, and after they can judge the ppl by their looks as easily.
the first thing I want to let you know about me , my name is Waraporn you can call me Oil … I work for an IT company around Sathorn. I’m working in Human resource officer, my responsibility is recruiter applications for come to interview in the company.
I’m going to be talking about the importance of staff to come to work in the company. No one can deny do well at work who work goals and enthusiastic, yes, I was the one like this style. A talented person in the enterprise is, of course, will be smooth and satisfactory. But we're forgetting something? We used to count or observe the employees in the our company? How many people Who has over this challenging (stop) or unless someone may answer in mind that beauty girl, handsome guys, or another ability, right? That's part beyond the talents. But there's one more thing someone may overlook is that the good person, and that in the company of everyone, there may be a good skill employee 100 people, which can be measured from outcome of the works. But we never pay attention. That the real good person, how many person in our company. we need to learn more closely. How do we know? That the employees they come to company as the good or bad guys, we never know first. Actually in the company they have a lot of the good skill person , it's not bad thing or affecting works but might not have a direct effect, but it will indirectly, such as In times of trouble, people will find a way to solve the problem. everyone just concentrate to goal and they don't care anything else. that's all of the vulnerability of people not delicate mental. Some people do on the ways to make it better. Regardless of the feelings colleagues together. Think about their own benefit, ignore around environment. The job can be done but what is lost is the system team. I'm not said the people like this only bad. But I want to saying in one person should have the good skill and the good person at the same time.
I'm not saying that I was both did their best, but of course when I work. I never looked the only outcome will be the best. But I will look at both ; teams Colleague Or partners Looking at various elements So that all parties can benefit most.
I just want everyone to share and understand the perspective of a little girl like me. That may look different. and i would like to let you all learn to go with it.
