Many things go digital these days -- even personal shoppers.
HappyFresh is a mobile application and website that allows you to do your grocery shopping from the comfort of your home, using supermarkets all around town. There are more than 10,000 products available for delivery at HappyFresh. The service covers many areas in Bangkok such as Silom, Phaya Thai, Bang Rak and Lumpini. By the end of this year, the service will cover 90% of Bangkok and the suburbs, including Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan.
Users choose an area and add products to a cart, check out and choose a delivery time that suits their schedule. The ordered products will be delivered in an hour, according to Siripa Jungsawat, managing director of HappyFresh Thailand.
"We offer the supermarket on your smartphone," said Siripa. "Customers just browse through and add the goods they want. The good thing is that customers can choose a payment channel that is most convenient for them such as credit/debit card, or cash on delivery."
