1. Comments from discussions with K Wiwan as follows,
1.1 Audit Organizational Structure should be approved by the approval authority first. If it has changes we do not waste time.
1.2 In the first part, we should make role profile in each box in the Organization Structure. The box means manager role.
1.3 If the position of the same line have same or similar duties and responsibilities, we should use the same Role Profile.
1.4 If the role profile have different just the knowledge, skills and experience in the specific task but the duties and responsibilities are the same or nearby.
We can do the same role profile and used together. For example is Team Lead – IT and Team Lead – Risk
1.5 For the onsite and offsite Audit role profile , it’s seems to be similar duties and responsibilities.
1.6 At present, we have auditor’s job standard and if the content is similar we can use the job standard and not have to do more.
