You should upload and use one of this excel document only. Each new week you should edit this one document by adding a new 'sheet', not a new document uploaded please.
From June 1, we will all be following this template (all subjects).
Plans must be completed 2 weeks in advance (by adding a new sheet to the same document) and be approved by the Head of Subject by inserting there name and date.
As you can see, while it is a 'Peak at the Week' it is very clear in that you need to demonstrate thoroughly what you will do in each lesson.
This new template is inline with MOE regulations and we believe will allow the teacher to visualize (and, therefore, better prepare for and deliver) every step of the teach-learn process in advance. While for the Head of Subjects or Head/s of Department it will allow us to easily understand your plan for each individual lesson.
We're excited to see some very well thought out and detailed lessons starting from June 1st.
Any questions, we will chat at Friday's meeting (period 8). We will demonstrate and discuss it on the projector to clear up any confusion.
