•Lost or Stolen Mobile Device - You must report a lost or stolen Mobile Device immediately to the IT HelpDesk.
•Remote Wipe - Seagate may remotely wipe or delete Data from the Mobile Device at any time.
•Mobile Device Management - You consent to Seagate device management control over each Mobile Device you use to access the Seagate Network, Seagate Services, or Seagate proprietary Data.
•Security Policies - You agree to comply with all Seagate policies and standards regarding handling Seagate Data.
•Security Procedures - Seagate will take appropriate actions to safeguard its proprietary Data
