We got complaint from the customer about the container defacements and damages for this order.
The carrier charged for the defacements and damages to the customer when they returned the container to CY.
However, according to the customer, they found the container was originally such bad condition when they unloaded the product.
So they have requested us to cancel this unreasonable charge to the carrier.
Then, could you please check EIR & pictures for the empty container condition before loading?
