Sugar
Sugar is not an ideal fuel for the body. Instead, it acts more like the body’s enemy. It causes weight gain and obesity, which can lead to many serious illnesses, as well as death. Sugar appears to be responsible for a range of other diseases and conditions such as cancer, diabetes, tooth decay, and gout, and it is actually not at all nutritious for your body. Of course, as with many things in life, raw sugar in moderation is both healthy and desirable.
