Project aims to identify the factors that influence the decision to study in the Master's Degree to the undergraduates in English major of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and to compare courses and disciplines that they interested in are Master of Communication Arts Program in Marketing Communication, Master of Arts Program in Library and Information Science, Master of Arts Program in Thai, Master of Arts Program in English for Communication, and Master of Arts Program in Social Service Management by randomness 50 people from 117 to fill in questionnaires. We used in the computation of Percentage. There are 50 people of sample group; most of them are female more than male. Most of them are 21, 22, and 23 years old divided to 25 people of Literature track and 25 people of Business track. The result show most of sample group decided to work after completing a Bachelor’s Degree, to study in Master’s Degree, to work and study in Master’s Degree in the same time, and others respectively. There are 4 factors affected in making decision to study in Master’s Degree, 9 percent of them want to get more salary and equal to 8 percent of them want to develop their career, to study more and to enrich themselves.
