Despite of progression and creation of a wide range of fungal molecular data, there is yet an important limitation to present a valid description of various fungal species. The most applied fungal conserved sequences involve the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) regions of the 18S rRNA genes. The probes are designed as complementary sequences of genomic conserved regions(1,7,22-23,30,36-39). The ITS sequences have a high interspecies diversity among fungi. Furthermore, there are other regions of the D1/D2 genes which are present in large –subunit rRNA but are less variable than ITS regions
