: Global IT Service Desk Consolidation – English Language Go-Live
We are pleased to announce that we are now live with the English language Service Desk through Cognizant.
As a reminder, the transition should be transparent and there will be no change in services offered or supported.
• Please continue to dial the same Service Desk number you use today
• The email address for service stays the same— helpdesk@fmc.com
• The internal ticketing/issue resolution process will not change
This transition will be followed by Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries in late October, and will be complete by the end of November for Danish-speaking employees.
Additional details will be provided to each region as the implementation approaches.
