During co, K. Suphaporn asked to speak with Duty Manager re. the
following:
1. She was not informed before that the green fee should be paid at the
hotel.
2. She only found out this morning that there is a 10% discount for making
dinner reservations in advance.
3. She felt that our staff looked down on her because she is a Thai with a
foreign man and everyone looks at him when a decision needs to be
made.
4. On arrival they were not informed about the hotels activities or the
Whats on paper.

I had apologized to K Suphapo for our staff on arrival not following all
procedures to explain the hotels facilities/promotions and also for not
informed her before playing golf that the green fee should be paid here
(and the extras at the golf course).
I also apologized to Khun Suphaporn regarding some of our staff giving
her the feeling they look down on her and talking with Mr Egger in stead of
with her directly.
Khun Suphaporn mentioned that she used to work for Sheraton before
and that there they have a regular meeting for discussing guest issues
and retraining. I confirmed this and said that I would bring this case to the
FO meeting and HOD meeting.
Mr Egger really enjoys the hotels location close to the golf courses, but
right now dont want to return. Khun Suphaporn was reffered to this hotel
by David Shackleton and will also inform her about this. She understood it
was too late for me to now recover what had been done, but I promised
her we would send an e-mail.
