College degree (hotel school, university) and with preference of Bachelor degree in the hotel management or similar
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Leader in a high volume restaurant/lounge/dining room operation, with previous experience leading and coaching other Leaders
- A passion for food & wine
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Impeccable grooming standards, grace and eloquence on the floor.
- Advanced training techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
